Property Development is a growing division in the Shin Yang Portfolio. Recently, the Company is expanding its property portfolio by venturing into hotel and recreational development apart from being a successful developer for the residential, commercial and industrial sector.

It has successfully completed numerous large projects in the past years such as plywood mills, sawmills, paving plants and paver factory, quarry plants, warehouses and workshops, state roads and bridges, ship slipways and dockyards, wharves and jetties sand filling and dredging works, earthworks, 800 units of residential houses, 220 units of shop-houses, and more recently, the prestigious Boulevard Shopping Complex, the Landmark Shopping Complex in Miri.
